This is the fourth millenium. Bob Danteg and Mike Skouarneg, the best policemen in space, are landing on Eda, the planet of buckwheat. Their mission is to catch smugglers who sell adulterated buckwheat. An offense to the producers of official buckwheat, authorized by the great imperial Republic. Both policemen will have to travel through space to find planet Udora – if it even exists – with the help of robots and non-humans to punish these crooks.

Paskal an Intañv's novel is a witty caricature, which one might want to describe as « diskiant-faltazi » (« skiant-faltazi » meaning science fiction, and « diskiant » meaning mad) or « skiant-fentazi » (fent meaning humor).
